Return and Refund Policy

At ae.celavogue.com, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. We are pleased to assist you with all your return and exchange requests.

We accept returns within 7 days for any reason (starting from the date you receive the item).

Our 7-day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 7-day return window. We will take back the product and give you a full refund.
If you wish to process a return, please proceed with the following guidelines:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Return request must be submitted within 7 days of when your product was shipped.

What you need to do?

  1. Submit your return request to contact@celavogue.com or through our contact form, please include your order number and the reason for return. 
  2. Prepare your Order
    • Place the item inside original Cela Vogue Package including any brand boxes and bags
    • Attach the return label (found inside the box) to the outside of the Cela Vogue Package. If you’re returning more than one health & beauty items that arrived in separate boxes, please package them the same way they arrived with new Return Labels.
    • Provide the Air waybill to the courier and make note of it so you can follow up.

How Long Does The Refund Process take?

Refunds will be issued within 2-3 days of receipt of the returned product(s).

A credit will be applied to your original method of payment and a voucher with the balance will be provided for the Cash on delivery payments by excluding the non-refundable charge of AED 5. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Items Exempt From Being Returned

  • Hazardous products as sanitary goods, and flammable liquids.
  • Hygienic Product
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or clearances are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Wrong Or Damaged Item Received

Have you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us and we will provide you with a free replacement. A shipping label will be provided to return your product. We will cover all shipping costs.

We ask you to inspect all items upon delivery and report to us any damages right away so we can handle your concern correctly.

For damaged products please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before, so a claim can be filed correctly.

Cases Of Return

Wrong Product & Quality Issues

We are responsible for wrong products and any product defects caused by our negligence or parcel in transit. You can choose to reject it or send it back to us with the original packaging, and we will bear all the courier costs incurred. Every parcel contains a return label, which you have to place on the top of the parcel and bring the parcel to the nearest shipping company’s department. And we’ll resend you a brand-new product, or you can choose to get a full refund. 

Customer Remorse

For returns due to personal reasons, you need to send the product back to our warehouse with original packaging, provided that the product does not affect secondary sales. We do not charge any other fees.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund after checking that the item is eligible for return.

We only accept returns due to customer remorse under the following conditions: the item is new and unused. For items that have a manufacturer’s seal, the manufacturer’s seal must not be open. The item must not be damaged due to customer handling or use. The item must be in the original packaging with all original accessories

I’ve Entered The Wrong Shipping Address

If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and we ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied.

Cancellations

You may ask us to cancel your order. Please know we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. You should consider returning it after delivery.

Return Address

Every parcel contains a return label, which you have to place on the top of the parcel and bring the parcel to the nearest shipping company’s department.

Refund Time

Refunds will be issued within 2-3 days of receipt of the returned product. 

Credit Card Payments:

If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be initiated to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

Tabby or Tamara Payments:

If you paid using Tabby or Tamara, your refund will be processed in accordance with the vendor’s terms and conditions, as stipulated by these payment providers.
